RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

This Return and Refund Policy applies to orders placed on the Trist’Art’s Toys store.

1. Right of withdrawal (European Union)

In accordance with applicable European Union regulations, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing any reason.

2. Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• in its original condition;
• unused;
• complete;
• and, if possible, in its original packaging.

Any item returned incomplete, used, or damaged may be subject to a partial refund or refusal.

3. Products excluded from the right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• products made according to the customer’s specifications;
• individually personalized products;
• products involving specific modifications requested by the customer.

In such cases, no return or refund will be accepted, except in the event of a proven defect or an error on our part.

4. Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The customer is responsible for shipping the return package and ensuring its proper delivery.

5. Refunds

In the case of a valid withdrawal:

• the refund covers the price of the product;
• initial shipping costs are refunded only up to the amount of the standard shipping rate offered at checkout;
• any additional costs related to international or express shipping are not refundable.

Refunds are processed within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned item.

6. Defective products or order issues

If the product is:

• damaged upon arrival;
• defective;
• or incorrect (due to an error on our part),

the customer may request a refund or replacement.

In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by the seller.
